# How can I correct my personal information if it's inaccurate?

 

If you notice any inaccuracies in your credit report, you have the right to dispute the information under the [Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)](https://www.consumerfinance.gov/compliance/compliance-resources/other-applicable-requirements/fair-credit-reporting-act/). To request a correction:

1. Visit our website at the "FCRA" section.
2. Select the item you believe is incorrect and provide supporting documentation requested therein to prove the inaccuracy as well as you identity.
3. Alternatively, you can contact our support team with your dispute details. We will investigate the dispute and notify you of the outcome within 30 days, as required by law.
