# How do I reset my payroll provider password?

## This page offers instructions on resetting your payroll provider account password if you're facing access issues. Follow the steps below to regain access.

1. **Access the Password Reset Page**:
   
     - Navigate to the verification link we sent you.
2. **Enter Your Credentials:**
   
     - Add the needed credentials (User ID, Email, Username, etc.) in the Truv widget.
3. **Click the Link that States 'Forgot Password'**:
   
     - If your credentials are incorrect, you'll see a red pop-up message stating to reset your credentials.
4. **Check Your Email**:
   
     - Look for a password reset email from your payroll provider.
5. **Follow the Instructions**:
   
     - Open the email and follow the provided instructions to create a new password.
