# I don't have access to view my payroll information outside of my company's network. What can be done?

 

Unfortunately, our system currently does not support private VPN access. 

- If you're verifying **employment history**, please let your background screener know that you were unable to verify your employment through Truv and they will use a different process.
- If you're verifying **income**, please let the lender or property management company know that you're unable to verify through Truv and they will use a different process.
- If you're switching **direct deposit accounts**, please let your financial institution know that you were unable to switch accounts through Truv and they will use a different process.
